Piano Lessons in Maple Leaf, Seattle

Maple Leaf is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, from Maple Leaf Reservoir Park to the shops along Roosevelt Way. I'm Eric Wittenmyer, and I teach private piano lessons in your home throughout Maple Leaf and nearby Northgate.

Who I teach

I work with kids starting their very first lessons, teens who want to grow their skills, and adults who are beginning or returning to the piano. No experience is needed.

What a lesson looks like

• We start with something new: a concept, a piece or a technique

• We practice it together until it feels comfortable

• You leave with a short, specific plan for the week

Over time, students build reading skills, technique and music theory, and learn music they love.

Tuition

Lessons are billed monthly, paid by the 1st or split between the 1st and the 15th. 30-minute lessons are $225 per month. See Lesson Info for 45 and 60-minute lessons.

About Eric

I studied Music Education at Western Washington University, spent three years teaching choir part-time at a public school, and sing with the Seattle Men's Chorus.
