Piano Lessons in Loyal Heights, Seattle

Loyal Heights is a neighborhood of tree-lined streets between Ballard and Golden Gardens, anchored by its community center and playfield. I'm Eric Wittenmyer, and I teach private, in-home piano lessons for kids and adults in Loyal Heights.

Why learn piano at home?

Lessons in your living room mean no drive, no waiting room and no rushing. Your student learns on their own piano or keyboard, and parents can listen in and see progress first-hand.

What students learn

I plan lessons around each student's age, goals and interests. Students build note reading, rhythm, technique and music theory step by step, and every lesson ends with a simple practice plan for the week.

Lessons and tuition

Choose 30, 45 or 60-minute lessons. Tuition is monthly, starting at $225 for 30-minute lessons. Payment can be made by the 1st or split between the 1st and the 15th. See Lesson Info for the full policy.

About your teacher

I studied Music Education at Western Washington University and taught choir part-time at a public school for three years. I've sung in school, community and college choirs and I'm a proud member of the Seattle Men's Chorus.

Yes. It's never too late to start.

Do you teach in nearby neighborhoods?
Yes, including Ballard, Sunset Hill and Crown Hill. Zoom lessons are also available.
