Piano Lessons in Sunset Hill, Seattle

Sunset Hill is the quiet western edge of Ballard, with views over Shilshole Bay and the Olympic Mountains from Sunset Hill Park. I'm Eric Wittenmyer, and I offer private piano lessons in your home in Sunset Hill for kids and adults.

Who I teach

Lessons in Sunset Hill are open to young beginners, teens building their skills, and adults who are new to the piano or coming back to it. Beginners are always welcome.

How lessons work

Each lesson introduces something new, gives us time to practice it together, and ends with a clear plan for the week. Beginners usually start with 30 minutes. As students grow, 45 or 60-minute lessons leave room for technique, theory and musical expression.

Tuition

Monthly tuition starts at $225 for 30-minute lessons and can be paid by the 1st or split between the 1st and the 15th. See Lesson Info for details.

A bit about me

Music has been part of my life since my first piano lessons as a kid. I've sung in choirs, rung handbells, performed in musical theater, and studied Music Education at Western Washington University. I taught choir part-time at a public school for three years and now sing with the Seattle Men's Chorus.
